Click the Add New Piece button to open the registration modal.
Enter the piece name, carat (24, 21, 18, 14), and total weight in grams with 3 decimal places precision.
Specify the weight of stones and lobes (if any) so the system calculates net gold weight.
Set the making charge (either a fixed amount per piece or per gram) and stone cost.
Click Save to generate a unique barcode for the piece.

Open the Gold Sales Counter page.
Scan the piece barcode with the reader, or search by piece number to add it directly to the invoice with its weight and instant calculated price.
Select the customer or leave as "Walk-in Customer".
Click the Payment button and select the payment method (cash, card, or trade-in gold deduction).
Click Confirm and Print Invoice.

In the Refinery and Purification Transfers list, select the voucher sent to the refinery.
Click the Receive Refined Gold action.
Enter the actual received weight of pure 24k ingots, refining fees, and any documented loss percentage from the refinery report.
Click Complete Settlement to add the ingots to the raw 24k gold inventory.
