Frequently asked questions
Why does the message "This ID is registered in file..." appear when opening a patient file?
- To prevent duplicate medical records and fragmentation of patient history across multiple files, the system validates national ID numbers and phone numbers. If a previous file exists with matching identity, the system blocks creating a second record and displays the Open file button to navigate directly to the patient's existing profile.

Why is the examination locked and why can't I edit the diagnosis or medications?
- Once the doctor clicks Sign examination, the clinical record is permanently locked to protect medical and legal liability, displaying the message: "This examination is signed and locked and cannot be edited." If additional notes or corrections are required, click the Add correction addendum button to document the amendment officially.

Why can't the doctor sign the clinical consultation?

The medical system strictly requires documenting the patient's presenting complaint and establishing a clear diagnosis (code or text) as the minimum clinical threshold prior to permitting signature.

Why can't the receptionist view patient clinical details?

clinic.clinical.view) reserved exclusively for physicians and nursing staff, while receptionists see appointments, billing, and insurance data.
