Open the Interactive dental chart page.
Select the patient to view the interactive odontogram for adults (32 teeth) or pediatric (20 deciduous teeth).
Click the target tooth number (following FDI notation), select tooth surface, then pick procedure or condition (Caries, Filling, Root Canal, Extraction, Crown, Implant).
The system colors the tooth using approved clinical charting symbols; click Save chart.
