Frequently asked questions

Why does the message "Cannot lock a month that has not ended yet" appear?

Approved accounting standards prevent closing an active period because sales, purchases, receipts, and payments can occur until the final minute of the month. The system only permits closing a month once the first day of the subsequent month begins.

Why does the message "Cannot close before resolving blocking items" appear?

This blocking message appears when material errors undermine financial statement integrity, such as unbalanced entries, unposted payroll, or open inventory count sessions. All blocking items (flagged in red) must be resolved to unlock the closing button.

Why doesn't my personal request appear in my Approvals Inbox?

To eliminate conflict of interest and uphold corporate governance, the Approvals Inbox automatically filters out requests submitted by the logged-in user (such as your own leave application), even if you hold administrative approval permissions. Your request must be approved by your direct supervisor or an authorized peer.

Why are certain widgets and indicators missing from the Executive Cockpit?

The Executive Cockpit evaluates two criteria before rendering any widget:

  1. The module belonging to that widget (e.g., CRM, Fixed Assets, Projects) must be enabled for the organization.
  2. The user must hold view permissions for that specific module data.

If either requirement is unmet, the system automatically hides the widget without throwing errors.
