Frequently asked questions
Why does the system refuse to log entry for a new car and display a "Full" notice?
The system tracks the number of vehicles currently inside the lot and compares it against configured total capacity for lots and zones.
When the lot is completely full, the system automatically locks ticket registration to prevent congestion and exceeding capacity limits.
To bypass this lock in emergency situations, intervention by a supervisor holding the Enter vehicle when the lot is full permission is required.
