Navigate to the Maintenance issue requests menu.
Click the Submit new maintenance request button to open the reporting modal.

Click the Create new preventive plan button to open the plan modal.
Select the equipment and maintenance frequency (calendar: quarterly or weekly, or meter-based: every 500 operating hours).
Add the checklist of inspection, lubrication, and cleaning tasks, then click Save and activate.
09How do I record machine meter readings and operating hours?
Go to the Equipment meters & readings menu.
Click the Record meter reading button to open the entry modal.
Select machine and meter (operating hours, production cycles, kWh consumption), and record current reading and timestamp.
The system compares readings against maintenance plans to trigger preventive work orders automatically upon reaching defined thresholds.
